1. The buttons

Q: How much do the buttons cost?
A:1,50 Euro without advertisement, 50 Euro-cents with advertisement, plus shipment^^ See here for details
Q: I like one of the buttons, but I want it without the hey-ai advertisement, is that possible?
A: Yes!
Q: I want one of the buttons in a different colour, is that possible?
A: Yes. I will send you the file, you colour it to your liking, and send it back. Then I make your button out of it for you^^ You can use any drawing program (paint, photoshop etc.). If you use open office draw, you can also change the fonts and many other things^^ See here for details
Q: I want to design my very own button, is that possible?
A: Of course! Create it with your drawing program and send it to me as a png, bmp or whatever file. Take care to make it the right size, please. See here for details
Q: Is it possible to order just one single button, or do I have to order a certain number?
A: No, you can order one single button if you want! I’m borrowing the button machine from a friend and make the buttons myself. I print out the design, cut it out, and it gets pressed to the button with a plastic foil over it^^
Q: How long will it take until I get the buttons I ordered?
A: About a week^^.
Q: I want to help promote hey-ai and get a discount on the buttons for it. Can I?

Note: Each envelope weighs ca. 4 gram, buttons weigh ca. 1,7 gram, that means for up to 8 buttons, a <20g stamp should be enough.
You can pay by bank transfer or with stamps.
(If you live in the UK, you can also pay to our admin nouvelleere, per bank transfer or by sending him stamps. Contact him for further information. Unfortunately you will still have to pay for shipment from Germany because I’m making the buttons >< If several people order from the us, we will maybe send all buttons in one letter to the us and let one of our mods there mail them on^^)
All the money we make by selling buttons will be used for hey-ai!
70% will be used for server- and maintainance costs, and 30% will be used for new software!
2. What do I do if I want a different background colour / font colour / etc?
The buttons were created with Open office draw. So they can be changed most easily and quickly with open office draw, which you can download here: http://www.openoffice.org/
But you can also change them with paint, photoshop, corel draw or any other drawing program. Request the file of the button you want from me, change it to your liking, then send it back to me. I will print it out and make a button out of you.
If you design a great button, upload it to share it with the others!
We will hold a vote, and the person who designed the best button will get 5 buttons for free!
Whoever buys five or more buttons will get a joomla-template of his choice customized for this websites. You can choose from these:

Whoever pastes www.hey-ai.com into his signature at a forum he frequents will get 3 free buttons if he pays for one button and shipment. Whoever pastes www.hey-ai.com into his profile at a community (like myspace, mixi etc.) gets one free button extra button if he pays for one button and shipment.^^
The buttons have to have the following sizes:
Cut Line 3,3 cm (1,31 inches)
Face line 2,5 cm (1 inch)
The button itself is only one inch, so only what is inside the face line circle will be visible.
If you choose to design your own button, best make two circles of both sizes and delete the face line circle once you’re done.
Best make the circles 4 times the size, that way you will get the best quality when printing the buttons out:

If you use paint, just copy and paste the above ones. If you use corel draw etc, maybe
best reconstruct them in your drawing program.

Then you can create your very unique, special button, with your favourite quotation, the name of your favourite star or Anime, or you create a present for a special person with their name on it …
When you're finished, just send me your file and I'll make a button out of it!
(If you are wondering where the little buttons come from: An acquaintance of mine purchased a button pressing machine recently and I’m borrowing it for a small fee. That means, yes, I can press single buttons, you can order exactly one button and nothing more, but I’ll only press twice a month or so, so it will take 2 – 3 weeks until you get them, because that guy lives pretty far. I’ll borrow it on the 29th of August, so if you order until noon of the 28th you’ll get your buttons soon^^)
