How to download Youtube movies to the computer?

I just have to ask you guys this, because I use a couple of workout-movies on youtube, that I'd love to have access to whenever I want.
But I can't find a decent place or program that will allow me to download these movies. Do ANY of you know how to do it? or maybe recommend a free program I can download to use??

it's a hidden flash file usually on youtube. use firebug plug-in on firefox to download any hidden files including flash movies on youtube. happy new year and downloading all your favorite hidden porns!!

have some faith in yourself. this is no rocket science..just google firefox and firebug. download n install both. follow the instruction on the firebug download page, u should on your way to catch all the hidden files on your computer. pm me, if u run into any questions..

ahhh...thanks someone just messaged me a way WAAAAY less complicated than that, so if this first solution fails, I will try yours. Thanks for answering though

Look for an extension on Firefox.. "DownloadHelper" ~ it should explain itself..if u have questions..ask again... it's really straight forward..install extension.. then click on the extension and download the youtube vid with whatever quality the video provides..u get to choose the quality.
