Which king of the whole travel/eating thing do you prefer: Anthony Bourdain or Andrew Zimmern? And why? I think Zimmern is generally a more likeable fella, granted he does eat some crap that makes my stomach churn.

Zimmerman seems to be more open to try new cuisines why Bourdain is at times a little more hesitant.

Bourdain, most of my friends are snobby chef a-holes. It would be just more of the same. He probably puts on the macho douche front to protect his sensitive and kind heart. If you gave me a real option it would be David Choe.

their shows both coincide, roughly. though each emphasizes the other more-so... for example.

Anthony Bourdain - travel/exploration

Andrew Zimmern - bizarre foods... literally.

i watch both... can't pick between the 2.

Erm.. guys..

Zimmern = Dude who eats gross food on TV

Zimmerman = Dude who shot Trayvon Martin

Totally Zimmern. Love watching him (and Bear Grylls on Man vs Wild) eat insane things then describe it to us. I'd probably try half the things he's eaten. Bourdain is good too, but less "omfg wtf" moments.

Bourdain delves more into the culture and history of the places he visits. Tony for me.
