what sort of genre? there are TONS of good movies, but like most people, we all have different tastes.
I excel in my knowledge of science fiction and fantasy/adventure movies. But maybe you don't LIKE that, so I can't recommend anything to you.....

Despite what's going on recently - I really liked "In the Shadow of the Moon"

I watched it on Netflix and the ending really impressed me. It's about time travel and a black serial killer in which the hero is obsessed with. I don't want to give away the plot but I think it's prob the best movie I have watched so far in 2020 and I have watched quite a lot.

Maybe it's just me - there's something about the use of time travel that makes movie plots become breathtaking masterpieces that tugs your heartstrings and fill you with awe in the end.

Man who stand on hill with mouth open will wait long time for roast duck to drop in.

Then i would recommend Outlander (tv series), back to the future (triology), The time traveller's wife, the time machine(2002), About Time, source code, x men: days of future past, Timecop and 'Kate & Leopold'.
All have time travel in them.
