Gaming - Any Overwatch fans/players here?

I play a lot of Overwatch and I love supporting my favourite team, London Spitfire. Im also new to competitive gaming and am working into Gold rank! The characters I usually play are as follows (in order of preference)

Tank - Orisa, Zarya, Winston
DPS - Ashe, Junkrat, Soldier 76
Supp - Baptiste, Ana, Brigitte

Do you play? Who do you main? Do you watch the league? Who do you support? Do you comp?

But in all seriousness I was the type of player who would only play during event times because I loved collecting skins, but haven't touched the game in almost a year. What destroyed it for me were all these shield comps, and the fact role lock was created. Completely restricts the level of strategic diversity you could have in drafting your heroes.

Looking forward to what Overwatch 2 can deliver, but honestly looks the same as usual so I'm not holding my breath.

Favourite Heroes Genji, 76, Rein, Zayra, Junky, Winston, Bastion, Hanzo, honestly all of them are pretty enjoyable~

Do I support the league? Nope, mainly watch LoL.

Yeah it's a bit of a git to play if you don't have a regular team that can build to combat a double shield formation - but I'm lucky enough to have a few buddies that gaggle together, and are adept at a range of characters to be able to combat that. If ever you fancy a game, give me a message!

Ever thought of going to one of the Overwatch games (pro scene) and watch from the crowds?

Hell yeah! I would have done this season if it wasn't for the COVID scenario, but when that has lifted and there are no restrictions I would LOVE to go to watch a live match. They will be hosting some at the Birmingham NEC arena which is not TOO far from where I live.

I play on pc.

I play mostly dps but I can heal too.

I main widow but I play pretty much all dps just depends on what rank I'm playing at.

I got alts at low gold and main is at low diamond now. Got to mid masters before but only play casual now so I went down.

But i play on alts alot to play with friends that are lower in rank.

I haven't played in over a year, but I loved playing. I think I stopped soon after Babtiste was added, and maybe tried that Echo character once. Moira was my absolute favorite, especially when Mayhem was in rotation.
