Connections

Aloha, =) how do you people treat your connections? Do you write them messages everyday or do you just leave them there and wait for them to contact you?

I'm not exactly sure what to do with my connections. I usually have a brief chat with people using profile wall before I make them my connections. However, as soon as I make people my connections, the conversations just stop. Hence, I end up wondering if there's any point in making people my connections. Maybe I should just stick to the good old profile wall.

There are girls that have 80 connections in 5 days....

I don't really pay much attention to the connection requests really so if people add me I usually accept. However I never really message any of them but I will always reply if they post on my wall or pm me ^^

i treat connections like i treat food in my refrigerator, if it starts to spoil, i throw it out.... of course some foods last longer then others...

Pffft, that's so mean. It is people like you that make me very confused. I don't know whether they want to chat to me or they are just being polite to accept my request.

I find it pretty retarded when someone requests a connection then doesn't bother to message me or post on my wall.

Agrees. Sometimes I dont get back to everyone because I get busy with stuff(study, life...etc)

However, I dont accept everyones request, not because im rude, im just concious about their intentions (usually though people add you then dont speak to you...this = wth) But usually if they're twice my age I will 'politely decline' the request. Unless im cool with them and theyve talked to me before.

plus you could just remove the connection if you realize they don´t talk to u.

It can be both lol. Normally I have a higher chance of accepting if they message me along with the request but it really just depends

After a bit of soul searching, my connection number is down to 2. Hmmmmm poor me >.< I need a hug.
