I got no friends and I'm like Satou from Welcome to the N.H.K or Daniel the Youtuber Hiding In My Room. It's depressing and I got no life, it's complicated and I'm a loser.

However, try not to have that negative mindset thinking that you'll be forever alone, with no girlfriend forever.. You're actually still young and attractive, unless if there is something self destructive about you emotionally/mentally, that might put a hold on your love/social life. You have to try to have a more positive mindset, and love yourself. I know this is easier said than done, but.. just throwing in my advice. Everyone is battling something, and beating yourself down like saying you're a loser and such, doesn't make anything better.

Please! Avoid these negative thoughts and mindsets. Try to be more optimistic and happy. This is probably due to his lack of self-confidence, experience, creativity and ingenuity.

If you think you deserve to be in front and to struggle in taking the risk to obtain something, go get it if it's worth it. If you do not think you deserve it, then you definitely need to meditate, do introspection, invest lots of resources, energy and time in yourself.

Each person (Mens/ Womens) from different cultures is attractrive in internal evolution, personality in essence, in creative consciousness~ ingenuity, in a good sense of humor, in positive energy.
You need to reflect on your day to day and if what you are doing today puts us in the place where we want to be tomorrow. Organize your time well, and avoid excuses, distancing. Be receptive.
You should not worry about being alone, or being single. Do not press or blame to the tense, the good things come to us at the right time when we least expect it. We all have the free will to choose our own path and destiny. Your decisions and actions take you where you want to be / alternative life outcomes. It is never too late to evolve every day in your best version and transcend at a high density level. You need to become what you want to attract.
