Well, it depends on how long it is, maybe no longer than the shoulders' line...
The most important thing is that it's neat and presentable (?) I don't like dreadlocks, for example ^__^

I used to have long hair for 3 years. I still remembered cutting it on 27th May 2010. From long hair to a buzz cut. Still miss it till these days, haha.

As a general rule, I would say very sexy. However, a guys hair should flatter his face/features to look nice, regardless of the length.

I saw this hottt Asian guy with (long) dreadlocks and they were neat and kempt.. Not to mention, his hair looked incredibly soft, silky and SEXY!! ..mmmmmm lol
