i would say she thinks you're a good looking one or she thinks your interessting.
try this: when she's staring, smile at her. normally when they are interessted in you she's gonna talk to you than...maybe... dunno i'm like this.. haha♥

but because my mascot is courage the cowardly dog... My shyness stops me from even getting to know most guys I like. I got to know one guy in my class this year only to realize "O I really don't like him like that" We're super cool now... half way to besties lol.
