@Missy Lol I dont know any Germans ><
The pronounciation is ridiculously hard. Also it's really weird how there's gender associated with Nouns ie: die, der and das o.O

do the AWEs (allgemeinwissenschaftlichen Ergänzungsfächer) where you hav to talk alot (like Rhetorik etc.), you dont need to do the examp in that AWEs just go there and learn :)

hahahha:D that comming from china??? their language is like crazy complicated ...i guess :D

the chinese grammar is not that difficult, so i have been told by a chinese girl last weekend... her boyfriend is german, studying chinese... she is studying german... and they talked chinese, because it is "easier".... hahaha i did not expect that, to be honest...
so, i am german... ;-) and grammar sometimes kills me! :silly:
the best way to learn a language... speak to the people... don't feel ashamed and don't let germans talk to you in english... because that is what we do...

Yes, there's nearly nothing you can do wrong with the chinese grammar...no tenses like past, it's easy to create questions...chinese is complicated because of other things, like right pronounciation, all the words and characters you have to learn and stuff...when you know the chinese grammar it's quite funny to hear a chinese speak german, cause you notice that they just use the chinese "grammar" in german too XD
That is so cute...

Did you find any audio CDs to be worthwhile?

Maybe Pimsleur tapes? Or FSI ones? I've always found those to be good starting points.
