I'm thinking of going there if nothing intervenes. I'm living for like nearly 10 years in Munich and have never been there before.

I went to Oktoberfest when I was living in Köln.. It was awesome and also met a lot of cool people!

I really miss Germany.

The thing that always held me back was that I just don't like the bitter taste of alcohol (I also don't drink coffee for that matter. lol). And from what I know Oktoberfest is all about drinking alcohol.

Its full of alcohol! TBH, I was surprised at the fact of how much they drank and none was coming down drunk or aggressive, it was a very friendly and festive atmosphere all the time. I didnt drink anything cause my hostmom said better dont drink if I was not used to natural beer, my body would not tolerate. lolol
