@Germans: Does anyone know where I may find a decent "Inkassounternehmen"?

I'm looking to find a debt collection agency. An individual in Germany owes me money and I have an address, a full name. I'm from Canada. Any idea? Reddit told me to look for "Inkassounternehmen". Thanks in advance.

Another person mentioned I could look at getting a vollstreckungstitel and then selling that to inkasso to have them collect debt for me.

It sounds like going straight to the inkasso is easier considering I don't actually know German. And yeah that's the other part... Legally speaking, I don't have signatures of any kind. I might be out of luck.

Take it as a loss dude. I lost thousands of dollars myself. I don't give anyone large sum of money anymore. You give or lend whatever you are willing to lose.

Collection agency tried all kind of tricks. I learned a few tricks to get them to stop contacting me. I had one debt collector do robot calls but I threatened legal action. I pointed out to an article where a guy sued a collection agency for harassment. i had collect agency call neighbours, etc, that is all illegal too. I could sued these people for $10 000.
I have a student I still owe to the bank not the government. I got them to stop calling by making them uncomfortable. It was very easy. The only they could collect was to take me to court, which they threatened to do but it was a bluff.
Only way to collect is with court. Thanks to the internet people are getting smarter.

Yup. I have the full PayPal transaction history. I have conversational texts and the person I lent money to has sent me both selfies and a picture of her passport photo. I think I'm set on that front.
