Gyaru fashion know her?

I wonder how many people here know this fashion. Because today people confuse this fashion, with "prostitutes" in Japan since some gyarus work in hostess clubs. And because some time (may still be a few) were offered to be girls to buy the whims company to be a gyaru, clothing, accessories etc

And if this trend know what you think about it?

I think a lot if GIRLS know this fashion
and some japanese boys...
but it MAY be lost on all others thou XD

I'm a gyaru myself, so yeah, i know it. I don't associate it with prostitute state, because i like how cute they look. Most of my idols haven't worked in host clubs and are married, like Tsubasa Masuwaka for example
And i admit, that a lot of girls probably know it

i like their makeup, really suits them (check my tumblr if u're interested in tutorials from magazines: sacherlikes.tumblr.com ), but i'm not a fan of certain dress styles worn by white girls... mini skirts with garters or suspenders and high heels might give the wrong idea.

I find this fashion gross.

I think the asian girls can look very cute with it. - But how about 'gaijin gyaru'?
It's a difficult topic i think...

I think gaijin gyaru are a little more difficult, since where I live, we aren't used to seeing them...at least I'm not. I think the closest thing we have to gyarus are scene girls, and they only somewhat resemble gyarus. I like gyarus but I think the gaijin gyaru is in the eye of the beholder, which is the same for regular gyarus too. Some styles may look better than others on certain people.
