Profile Display Issue [Problem Solved]

Hi, I just signed up for hey-ai and somehow my profile information does not appear correctly: only the first sentence I entered showed up in the "introduction" section, and none of the content I entered for "interest" section can be displayed. I tried to update the profile several times but the problem is still there.

Does anyone know how to make it work? Thank you.

Update: Problem was solved by switching IE 9 to latest version of Firefox.

No, it is still not working on my part. System seems to reject everything i tried to enter into my profile.

I have tried everything you suggested: the plug-ins I have are: Adobe Flash Player 11, Google Talk, Java 6, .NET Framework 4, VC++ 2010 Redistributable; the editor was loaded completely, but it seems that none of the buttons actually works for the text; I temporarily disabled firewall, erased all browsing history, restarted my laptop and switched to IE 9, but still cannot change anything in my profile

So I've been trying to edit my profile and change the information on it for months now, and it won't let me. Every time I put something new in the little info boxes and save them, it ALWAYS reverts back to what was there initially. And I'd really like to update my profile! Haha it's been the same for too long now!!

Any tips or ideas? I've tried doing it from different computers and it still won't accept the changes. IT'S DRIVING ME NUTS, to put it politely

It sucks when you think "Okay, this will be the time it'll let me update my profile information!" So you spend a good long while erasing and typing and when you update, BANG, right back to what it was.
Someone, help :/

Before you editing your profile, you'd better write it in a word file first, that is what I do as I experienced exactly the same thing with you.
Everytime it says 'Your settings have been saved.' It haven't changed a thing when you saw it.

which part do you want to change, i will try to change it in my profil. If its a bug, we can report it to admin.

It's everything that I'm trying to change.

The weird thing is, is that with the boxes that already have the old writing in them, I can't change anything in them. They stay the same. But the previously empty boxes take the text and i don't get why!
