at first I thought becuz of some ppl's personal setting.
but when I tried to send message to all online member. all the same.

you can only send messages to members you are directly connected with - except the mods and admins.

got changed quite a while ago to prevent people from spamming and/or to protect members from getting messages from people they don't want to (esp. regarding sexual messages to the girls)

Actually it's quite annoying feature. Some people want to talk without being friends, including me. But once we've known each other then I'm going to add them.

yup, sometimes quite difficult to decide to add some friends, coz will take time to know each other
