The recipient!!!!

Why when i try to send a private message to a friend it just say 'The recipient blocks you.'
What does that mean?

You are either not connected or he does block you indeed.

Tho...if you are blocked, you still can post on his wall. That is at least what a guy could do when I blocked him. -.-
