Suggestion: Creation of Spam/Just-For-Fun subforum?

hey I was just wondering whether its a good idea to create a sub-forum where :

1) Its contents are only visible for registered members

2) Whoever enters has to agree that the subforum may contain offensive/sensitive posts

3) Anyone can post anything they want, flame whoever they want, or even spam for a limited number of posts


For example, while Wikipedia is a serious Encyclopedia, there is a "Just For Fun" version called Uncyclopedia ( uncyclopedia.wikia.com/ )

On the main page you have to click past a disclaimer that says Uncyclopedia is full of nonsense posts, but nobody is forced to enter.

But if you're someone who doesn't get hurt/offended easily and you have a "different" sense of humour then its a great deal of fun

Well sexual topics are tolerated to a CERTAIN extent, nonsense isn't allowed, other site guidelines still apply, etc

Or controversial topics. Maybe a combo.
