I notice Hey-ai is down at the same time everyday, around 12 AM CEST (Central European Summer Time).
Why's that?

I think the headquarter if Hey ai is located in Germany perhaps..everyday they have got some maintainence to keep their sever of website..LOL

As I have written somewhere else in the forum already, the server restarts Apache httpd and MySQL regularily in order to sort some table and optimize entries, as well as keep the load from going berserk (for an irreproducible reason, the load shoots up once in a while).

The maintenancetimes are:
  • (0|6|12|18):03h CET → Offtime of apr. 20 seconds; slow for apr. 1 minute after that
  • (0|2|4|6|8|10|12|14|16|18|20|22):33h CET → Offtime of apr. 1 second
  • (2|14):06h CET → quick MySQL-maintenance without offtime
  • 15:15h CET → ext. MySQL-maintenance w/o offtime, but site may be slow
