Why my IP is blocked when using mobile phone 3G network?

Hi pros.

I've been having this issue since about a month ago, before that it was fine. Whenever I try to use my phone to log in Hey-Ai with 3G network, it says 'Blocked IP'. I'm using OPTUS 3G (Australia) by the way.

I'm sure my 3G network has no problem itself, well connected with sufficient usage. What could the problem be and how can i fix it please?

I've also gotten the "blocked IP" errors before when using public/shared wi-fi.

Devices on 3G are assigned a IP address like any other device, as determined by your carrier.
If they're using NAT (essentially, assigns multiple devices to a single IP address), you might be sharing a address that has been previously blocked.

I've heard that turning airplane mode on and off will assign you a new ip address. If that doesn't work, the admins here will probably have to remove it from the blacklist or something.

Thank you very much, I tried to turn on and off airplane mode, it didn't work, I also tried to turn off my cellular data and turn it back on, still blocked. But thank you all the same for trying to help out.

Could any admin please solve this problem for me? I'll be out town for days, I will have 3G only...

And all the information I can provide is, I'm using YES OPTUS 3G (Australia) network, with a Iphone 4...

mm, sorry it didn't work. It might be a good idea to provide your phone's IP
www.tracemyip.org (or google "ip")

Plus, if you're going outta town for a few days, just spend some time off the site. It'll be good for you

My boyfriend and I have the same issue, but it's fine accessing it on our phones using wifi.
