@James

Thanks mate you're a champion, I wouldn't even know how to look up my IP with my phone if you didn't tell so. I wouldn't mind go off for some days but it would be just sweet if I can check the thing whenever I want to ;)

@tenshi

Thanks, I've just looked up my phone's IP: 49.176.35.230 provider: OPTUS hope this will help

The IP network 49.176.0.0/16 is actually blocked due to multiple rule violations from that area, e.g. constantly creating new accounts in order to circumvent a ban.

I have unblocked 49.176.0.0/16; however, should I recognise a return of the offenders, I am going to reblock the IP area immediately.

Thank you very much for that, I now can log on with my phone using 3G only.

Although, when I looked up my IP, I typed IP on google and went to different websites to check and confirm. One of the results showed my provider correctly which is Optus something something, but the wrong reigion.

The reigion shown on the website was Brunswick, Victoria, Australia. But I am in another state South Australia where is like 600kms away. Few month ago I lived in Victoria but no where near Brunswick.

So my concern is, if someone break rules while using Optus 3G, will my IP be blocked again for some reason? like some kind of misunderstanding?? :(
