What's with the "logged into private area of the site"?

Hello. please pm me a more detailed version of your steps and settings. Particularly I would like to know which operating system (e.g. “Windows 8”), which browser (e.g. “Firefox 20.0”) and which internet access you are using (e.g. “LTE”). Further I would like to ask you to name me your provider or - if you don’t know - send me your current IP (I’ll check your provider then). Last but not least, please try to describe your exact conditions and steps taken when logging in (e.g. “Went to Hey-AI and I was logged out even though I did not log out myself last time I was there.”).

Just by chance: Is there a user using Internet Explorer? Further, anyone using an operating system other than WIndows?
