I do agree but even if you made this site 18+ kids will still come on with fake birthdays and tell people they are older.

Keeping this site PG keeps that from happening and protects them more than they would be in an 18+ site.

And yes, if you got Asian girls on here, then we would need white/hispanic/black guys on here and then it would be just like any other site.

i say 'need' because if you have girls on here from your own race, why can't the girls have guys there from their own race? A lot of the women here are still attracted to guys who are not asian, and a lot of the asian guys here are still attracted to asian women. so to keep this site niche we should leave it as it is.

if you would like to market this site and promote it go ahead no one is stopping you. we could do with some advertising

At this point I just want to point out a legal issue: Don’t forget the site is currently hosted in Germany and therefor has to follow German law. If we set up the site as 18+, we are required to establish age verification (refer to e.g. Landgerichtes Düsseldorf, 31.01.2003, AZ: XXX I 34/02). How this can be done has not finally been decided by the BGH (Bundesgerichtshof), but the general consensus is either by requiring direct electronic authentification, namely by ePA/nPA’s age and pseudonym verification system, which basically renders the site useless to visitors not in possion of a ePA/nPA ( Personalausweis ), or by PostIdent (or similar concurring products), which makes the site unusable to visitors who are a) unwilling to disclose their identity, or b) do not have access to PostIdent services.
A method being havily disputed at the BGH would be financial verification by authenticated EC card, credit card or GeldKarte, but this method does not ensure identity as children may have access to EC or credit cards. Also, we do not want to establish any sort of payment-based relationship to our valued users as some will start demanding better server performance, premium features, refunds, etc.
The method of using webcams to verify a person is unfeasible for us a we neither have the manpower, nor can one be sure of someone’s age just by looking at them. (E.g. this is a reason why bouncers/coolers are required to check persons’ Personalausweis at German discos if in doubt before letting them enter, since many young girls use make-up and seem to be mature, but actually are younger than 18 and hence have to leave the disco before midnight, and if they are younger than 14 they would have to be in attendance of an adault.)
