Banning by IP should be up near the top of the priority list, so trolls can't just keep coming back on new accounts.

Might as well make an instant messaging system lol ~ add notifications there and ...you get a phone app like Whatsapp..just less functions.

group section by geographical area....ex: west coast/east coast, eastern Europe, ect.

thumbs up or down/rating system of some sort on forum
