So I received from this user messages like that:

I have no idea who is this person and why he has chosen me as an object of his weird... assumptions (?) lol. Actually I think he's obsessed with "black men" for some reason? No idea.

Anyway, I asked Mods to block him, but he still can send me messages. How come?
