Is there a way for nested quoting to only include 3 or 4 of the latest quotes and delete the older ones automatically, so we don't end up with nested quotes that go on a page long per post?

Thanks for the enquiry. I've read it may be possible with newer version of our forum software to have this option out of the box. But it's not possible - at least not without a hacky solution - for the forum software that we currently have installed (which is a very very old one).
