It's on the bug list for now.
Which Android version is your phone using? We have

This is not a constructive answer. If your phone is a OnePlus X, the latest version of your operating system is 6.0, which comes with an outdated version of Chrome. If your phone is a Pixel 2, the latest version is 8.1 (with the latest Chrome, too)..Banana Guy wrote: I'm using the latest versions for both my phone and tablet.
Anyhow, as I am unable to find a solution for this issue even after three weeks of intensive testing around, I decided to deactivate the users lists for mobile devices. Even when disabling the JS for horizontal scrolling and making the scrollbars explicitly visible by CSS, the div containers containing the users lists do not become visibly scrollable. There must be some updated JS or CSS hidden deep inside the latest Joomla or CommunityBuilder, and I do not have the time to dig into this any further.
Dedicated programming support is 165 USD per hour ( www.joomlapolis.com/services/hourly - money we do not have). If it disturbes you that much, please consider supporting us ( www.hey-ai.com/bored/donate ), or find someone to fix the issue (by modifying www.hey-ai.com/templ...ix_menu_uris.js ) for us.

No need for a new laptop, just a new phone.Banana Guy wrote: Thanks for explaining that to me. Is there any possible way to put new and online users on a separate page without the swiping function?

I updated my JS to use Slick instead of my hand-made mouse inverter. After clearing your browser’s cache, you should now be able to scroll with your finger on your phone and drag with a mouse click on your laptop or desktop.
