Don’t really use this site myself, but I’ve noticed most threads are really old or inactive. Are the forums unpopular? How do people even date through here?

I've been using some apps and seems mostly catfishes and scammers.

i dont know of any reliable dating site let alone amwf one lol.

i wouldnt treat this place as a dating site though , if you do you may be in for disappointment... thar being said , you may find someone here though....

Yeah, that's usually how I talk to people here and I have meet people here in real life so it's not that far-fetch to use this site as a dating site. There are also people using the video chat to talk and hang out so perhaps try that out?

I think mostly guys are coming here to find a girl.... People are keep on tracking for new girls... But no one track for boys.. They keep viewing profile of women.... they don't have time for forum or chat... only i saw few guys who reply to forum posts....

And I think girls are mostly get offline because when they login they start getting 1000s messages within few mins... And few of them ask for sex..... or nude pic.... Girls get pissed off with that...

I have been on this website for a long time, however I have noticed that the different threads of the forum are old, most of them turned off and some assets ..I have sincerely interacted with people through the forums and have met few guys in real life, unfortunately disappointing me..
It depends on the person and some factors as uninteresting topics, lack of forum time and chat,  They do not know what else they can talk about since some topics are repetitive, cyber bullying (Messages, video chat call, Insistent request for nude photos)..
In most applications, and online websites I have found a lot of people who are players of hearts, time killers, obsessives, catfishes and scammers. Really disappointing ..
My advice is not to focus or treat various websites as a secure dating site. If you use Hey-Ai! Try to interact in forums and through of the video chat .. Try to take security measures, also ask for help from the moderators in any irregularity with other users either in messages, wall, forums and video chat. In saying this take the risk, apply security measures online, do not trust people immediately because the appearances deceive..

Lots of the forums up here are pretty inactive and some have really old posts. I mean why just give up on them? They're pretty interesting and I see that these forums were created years ago but still

defunct_user, visitor2012 - ive had success with tinder and okcupid. you have to sift through a lot of rubbish. but when you do find someone real, it sometimes leads to an actual date. if i was a younger though, ill probably be more active on here. good thing about this site is that you know girls here are actually interested in asian guys, if thats what youre purely aiming for.
