!Need help with Discord server

Apologies for the tech difficulties and confusion around the HeyAi names.
You should be able to change the nickname once you're verified in through the bot.
We're aware that some people may be stuck in verify hell, unfortunately, we're at the mercy of the Discord Bots for the time being.
What's your name on Discord? I check the channel very often and I can filter out the spam from real users and push you through.

EDIT: I just checked the roles for all users - verified or not - it should allow users even stuck in verified hell to be able to change their name.

There's 2 steps since we enabled a community feature for the server.
The first step is a safety feature for community servers - which shows this. You will need to agree to the rules, submit before viewing the server.



After doing that, you will automatically get sent to the verification channel only. I've been told this process helps out in eliminating spam bots accounts and raiding.
However it's also where I've noticed the bot we use for the verification gets glitchy since it was developed by an non-discord affiliate 3rd party, hence people get stuck there and are unable to enter the rest of the server, which would require the mod/admin team to push members through.


Realistically, any troll with enough time and dedication on their hands will get through, its just the unfortunate business of doing online sites.
We completely understand the process is tedious and not perfect, trolls on HeyAi may inevitably find their way into the server so trying to rule out the trolls has an unfortunate side affect of sometimes being user-unfriendly.
Discord was getting more demand since its features correlates to what the users have been demanding (i.e chatroom, video chat, video sharing etc)
We are using other video chatsites too, StumbleChat being one of them. The room info should be available shortly.
