I thought about contacting the girls individually as some of them are really young. I also thought the mods would do something about him.

I'm just concerned about the girls safety. Nycmodelguy has been online everyday, and has removed all the comments on his page made by myself and other people saying he's fake. That's highly suspicious to me. He may already be in contact with some of these girls outside the site...

Well, the procedure applies not only to that particular fake but to everyone. Same rules for all.

Personally I think the time limit should be shorter. Maybe 48 hours. Then the mods remove the pic themselves.

I'm really curious as to what this guy said to the women behind the scenes. Was he charming? Was he what you expected? Did he pressure you really quickly to meet up? Of course, most are probably too embarrassed to come out and share.

An easy way may be to slap a temporary warning on the guy, maybe a freeze preventing new connections, maybe a big warning label like in cigarette packages. Then remove that if he certifies according to procedure. If he looks like he's ignoring mod warnings, deleting accusing wall posts, and just biding his time to wreck as much havoc as possible, mods should have the authority to go in and remove/convert to the photo to something generic.

Of course, another violation would equal instaban. This is something to be taken seriously given the possibility of member safety being jeopardized.
