There are spots which require some length, and taller women would have larger body parts, longer distance to reach those areas, thus a larger unit is needed. It's simple anatomy.

And many Asian guys can reach those areas. Only the smaller dudes can probably never hope to get there, realistically. BUT, there is the g-spot, which is shallower and equally satisfying apparently (depending on the preference of the girl).
