Guys: Would you date a girl taller than you? Is there a too tall height?

As vain as it sounds probably not. I'm already 5'11" so there are plenty of women shorter than me. I could probably afford to turn down a date or two...not that I'm stuck up or anything... I just have a preference (which is short girls).

Now I have dated girls as tall or close to my height. I was very self conscious about it though. I know it's kind of petty but I have a preference.

I already am... I'm 5'7 she's 5'11

I don't mind it, she will make fun of it sometimes and we joke about it but it's all in good jest. Once you get past the initial awkwardness of it all, you really do move past that and focus on the more important parts of the relationship.

Is there a limit? I guess so. Not sure exactly what the limit is... not many women are taller than 5'11 so I guess I'm pretty close to the limit

One of my favorite anime Lovely Complex is a romance between a tall girl and a short guy 5'7" to 5'1", my height gap with my SO is a lot larger but since I'm the one taller, it's not that big of a deal.

If she was like half an inch taller I would. But I don't really like girls taller than 5'9.

I'm 5'4 and dated a girl that was 5'7. I didn't care and she didn't care. Appearance comes second, I look for someone with a similar interests, nice personality and sense of humor. People have to learn to stop being so shallow. We're no longer in high school, nobody cares who's popular anymore. We have to stop aiming for this hypothetical "perfect" dream girl/dream guy. Find someone that makes you truly happy.

i'm 5'9" with an added inch on a good day... my other half is 5'11"... at least.

The first time I held a hand of a girl much taller than me it felt really awkward feeling like going out with a big sister ...
I would date a girl taller than me but there is a limit not more than half a head difference.

I'm 5'6" and unless the girl is over a foot taller, I don't really care. The only reason height would bother me is if she had a problem with mine. And the girls who have no issue with it are cool in my books.

What would be more interesting is to know if guys have "height minimum"
