agreed.....but there needs to be more notice time given.

i don't always check the forums & i only happened to be told about this 2 days ago (by chowser).....which for me is too short notice. i need at least 2-3wks notice to check i'm free, arrange a place to stay overnight & for my folks to look after my girl whilst i'm away.

looks like it is going to be a nice meet up tomorrow. We have now a few confirmed and some that are not sure, so whatever you decide tomorrow, we will meet here (old street) at 5 pm and head for some food. Everyone that said he/she wanted to come should have my number in case you are late and want to know where we are.

i remember past organised meet ups have been total flops.

1st: approx 20 people confirmed and 4 people turning up.

2nd: cancelled due to no interest.

Thanks everyone for making an effort to come out. Overall we had 12 people showing up. Some only stayed for short time, but at least they made the effort, thanks for that.

I hope that our casualty case from yesterday is alright and he made it home safely like the rest of us and that the pain is not too big. Get better soon

I go now back to bed to cure my hungover.
