Well, I dont know if 07 Mai is a too short Time to plan it for the most other,
I just thought about that Date because "Rhein in Flammen" is really beautiful to watch too

would be great if some locals organise something on that date like bbq or something
dunno the regulations though but i think u have to ask for permission first from the authorities
even with minor attendance ^^
it might be a last minute plan but not impossible

german bureaucracy is always fun to conquer
