Dear members,

Please expect intermittent downtimes and interruptions of service during the upcoming weekends. – We will be upgrading some service component and migrate services to a different server.

Expected timeline:
  1. Migration of database to different server. → Hey-AI will be down during this migration! Afterwards, the database will be served by the new server. Done.
  2. Inital mirroring of all user data to the new server.
  3. Update to Hey-AI’s DNS zone.
  4. Delivery of user data from both servers. → Hey-AI will be delivered from one of the two different servers depending on which DNS set you fetch through your resolver.
  5. After roughly one week, we are going to turn off the old server. → Hey-AI will be briefly down due to a final synchronisation of user data.

Please note: User data (pictures, videos, ...) uploaded to the old server during migrations might be lost. Due to the complexity of the migration, we are unable to guarantee that all user data uploaded after step 2 will be mirrored to the new server. If you see some files missing in June, please re-upload them.
