Anyone a fan of the new The Walking Dead?

For those who really like the TV show, I highly recommend you read the comic... It's even more and more addictive.
Coming back to the show, I like the first season, thought it was awesome.
Second season premiere was off the chart. But then it kinda died down from there

I'm trying not to read the comics. I want the feeling of not knowing what is coming. I know once I read the book, the show will suck for me.

Yeah I'm definitely staying away from the comics too. Way too much spoilers for me.

just watched the new episode and i have to say...awwwwwww yeah! that is all . been a fan of the show since um a year ago? when i first watched the first season. read most of the comic as well or at least up until the latest chapter when i was reading it about 8 months ago. can't wait to see where the story goes since the series and comic is quite different in plot development. daryl and glenn (reppin for the asians!)

I totally agree the comic is amazing, much darker as the humans become sadistic, well the ones that appoint themselves the law do.

From what I have read so far, the comic and the tv series are very different but that may be because later on they will head in the direction of the comic.

I think what they have done is taken the characters and plot but recreated it to make it their own, so you can read the comic and not have the tv series spoilt for you.

I love all horror especially Zombies but my favourite is where its the surving humans that are the real ones to fear and not the zombies themself, this is an original tv series that I hope continues for a long time and I hope he gore continues, in fact, I hope we get more as so far what I have seen I am impressed. The skin as it gets torn up looks real, loved the scene with the zombie pushing his face into the glass despite that he was cutting his face up, I would like a little bit more gore and a little bit more tension when the zombies are near but everyones hiding from them, like when they were all under the cars.

I think with this new series they are just laying down the basis and making everything seem stable and safe, I think it will be the nex episodes where everything gets turned up side down and people show their true colors and have to make tough decisons. Can't wait!

Wow you guys really make me wanna read the comic . I really think it has a lot of potential! Some of the actors though, well yeah, especially the main couple are a bit lacking. I think the supporting roles outshine the main roles a lot. For example, Shane. He is a real mean one but he is a better actor than the main character imo. In fact his heartless attitude is much more realistic than Rick's The main character is naive but nicer guy. Would a nice and idealistic guy like this really be able to tough it out like the heartless bad guy? Glenn and Molly are both pretty good and cute couple too ^^

One thing I don't really believe much is the car wreck scene with Lori. How can I believe wuss Lori managed to take down those zombies by herself? I might believe it if it was blondie taking out the zombies but Lori? Naah. I was surprised when she didn't need Shane or Rick to come save her. Until the last episode I didn't think Lori had much potential as a character but maybe there is more to her? She is very selfish person...still I think she is better than I first thought.

i like zombie movies and games, hav been fan of bio hazard since begining ^^

I love the walking dead pretty much, but also want to read the comics soon!
I'm totally obsessed with the story, characters, the whole development.
& I am so addicted to zombies.

( & I already talked many other poeple into this series. I even made LeeHenry become a total freak for it! *proud* )
