Anyone made their own song before?

A best friend and I did a R&B/Rap song we wrote when we were 14. This was back in the days when we thought rapping about girls will make them like us.

I was 6 when I wrote my first song now I'm writing only poems

Yea, I do. Not only for school work & my club anthem, I do write sometimes about my own and relationship. I did post the lyrics at my FB, but nowadays I seldom write..like seriously I don't write anymore, I have move forward to write a script for making music videos (assignment, FYP and working), and I do wish one day, I could be the MTV Director/ Producer and no longer being an Assistant Director or Head of Props Department or Production Assistant anymore.

I've been writing poems and lyrics for a long time but last year I had the chance to collaborate with two members from hey-ai: Nobu( babyleu)- composer and Andrea( SeaofTears- I don't think she is on hey ai anymore)- singer.
