Vietnamese Music - VPOP

This is not regarding pop music, but maybe someone can answer my question.

I stumbled across this video on youtube and I figured it's Vietnamese:



Is that right? Can someone tell my what kind of song that is?

At first I thought the guys were pretty funny, especially the random guy sleeping in the background makes me laugh, but actually I think it sounds really good.

it's written by Khac Viet. Khac Viet is a pretty well known, well liked music composer in the Vpop scene. Lots of his works have made it Top 10 lists on Vietnamese Radio stations. Some of these songs, he sung them, and some he sold singing rights to other singers.
But I can guarantee all his songs are well received.
What makes him stand out is that he actually went to school for music. So he actually knows music fundamentals, vocal manipulation. Instead of just being a good looking guy who can sound ok after auto-tuning.
His lyrics are pretty deep, not just some soapy generic love songs.
