If you're in an unhappy, unhealthy relationship, either talk it out and address the issues or leave. There's never an excuse to cheat.

why guys don't cheat?

Lots of reasons. Some are just curious, some like the thrill of cheating, some can't be bothered with being faithful till they say "I DO", they want to experiment while they're young. That's just life, you just gotta be more careful with your emotions and who you choose to be with.
