Hey people. Lately, I have to travel a lot and and my Ultrabook has 256 SSD.
So I was thinking about additional storage but I'm not sure Microsoft Onedrive or external hard drive.
Has anyone experience with Onedrive?

Cheers
Juste

Isn't big enough for me but they have different versions pending on MS Office sub user and business. I instead use the WD Live hard drives only because it mirrors functionality with most cloud services but the only cost is the hard drive itself (about $120 for 3 TB). The other part to is I don't encounter file size restrictions (ie. Google or Drop Box).

My primary go-to storage every day for portability though is this:

This is just a google image but I have the 64 GB version and carry a pair. It's roughly the length of two advil pills side-by-side and pretty durable [as in I washed it twice by accident despite swearing I wouldn't the first time]. The case is a nice metal one and the hook is pretty well made and doesn't become loose in my experience. I swear I don't work for PNY.....

I would personally go for one drive since its backed up and safe on servers, although I use dropbox myself. With dropbox you can roll back to previous versions of the file(if needed).

OneDrive seems to sync slowly for me, so I've continued using DropBox. But the best option for backing up is probably a flash/thumb drive; you don't have to worry about data loss as much (no moving parts), and you don't have to trust your data on some corporation's server...
