It has nothing to do with colo. If people like your art, they will follow you. And I have more graphite sketches than colo pictures, but people still follow, so I guess it depends. What's your instagram btw? Let me check it out and tell you honestly what might be the reason for the lack of followers.

You can get these things at 'Schachinger' in Stachus, Kaut Bullinger in Marienplatz and another 'insider' art supply store whose name I always forget but it's in Theresienstraße....I am sure there are other stores, too but these are the main ones where I personally get my supply from. If I were you, I wouldn't invest in these tools unless you can afford 'wastig' money, I think these should only be bought if you're dead serious about the art aspect. If it's just about 'trying out what you like' then start with smaller brands (unless of course, you can afford it)....I am having these things because I want to master every technique and medium. I even expanded my collection to ink and Polychromos.

I think your art is amazing the way it is but probably not so interesting for the 'manga niche' of Instagram which is predominantly run by people that like bishis (pretty manga boys), shojo (pretty, usually innocent anime girls) or super epic (hobby) game designers. Your style looks like it's heavily influenced by those silly Western 'How to draw Manga' books which usually don't have the 'Japanese Manga' flair that most people like and find 'attractive' about 'Manga' as a medium. I feel like you haven't really invested much thought into this and just 'jumped into a bandwagon' because you saw some kind of profit by catering to that niche? Would explain why you're still pretty clueless about most things related to colo or your Western style oh and the manganize page of yours where you offer art for money (not even I do that and people tell me that I'm good enough to do commissions lol!...btw there was even a guy that wanted to buy my 'Flora Ithilhen' Picture for 120€ but I can't part from art that wasn't meant to change it's owner.)

Did you even try being active in the community? Like, commenting on other people's art, liking other people's pictures....and following people that post art that you like? It looks like you're sitting there, expecting to hit gold while not putting much thought and work behind it.

Well, I love drawing. I enjoy exploring, without copying out of 'How to draw Manga' books, which I start to believe you do. If you go on Instagram to gain a few K's and make money with 'manganize.me', then start to see drawing as something more than just a tool for profit. People smell stuff like that fom miles away. Focus on the art aspect, not the 'how to gain the most out of this niche' mindset.
AAnd if you put a lot of work into it, let me tell you that it's still obviously not enough to catch other people's attention. Work on your mindset, seriously. Maybe then you'll gain something.
