This is one hilarious song and music video. This album was out in 1990. And while their musicianship was excellent, their goofy and comic style of music pretty much indicated metal scene's slow death during that time.

Well, you may have heard that one too from Gerry Rafferty and Joe Egan, it also was used in the soundtrack of a film:

In the video, Joe is mimicking the singer's part, but it's indeed Gerry's voice.
