Pretty sure the band that does ATOT theme is Linked Horizon. They've done music for other anime as well.

Linked Horizon is a group of artists led by the sound creator Revo (songwriter, composer, arranger, vocalist, guitarist, pianist and accordionist), which only has done theme songs for the AOT franchise, TV series, OVA, specials, and movies.

Revo also leads another group called the Sound Horizon, but they haven't really done any anime songs yet.
