I wouldn't consider it a blizzard, just a white out at most. Does Australia have good ski hills, terrain parks? I did a lot of skiing/snowboarding in the Rookies and the Alps. The small ones in Ontario cannot compare.

That's cool, it's dark history for us. And shouldn't be something you have knowledge of

I got Aussie friends who tell me that there is Kangeroo meat being sold in groceries stores. I want to see a picture. Does it taste good?

^ah ok. the wind up on the top was pretty violent though. id say a good 70k/hr at the very least.

ive never been to any other ski resorts, so i cant give you a good comparison. most of our runs arent groomed. our black runs and harder are mostly just steep runs with a lot of trees and rocks (due to lack of snow). not many terrain parks, but i hear theyre ok. torrah bright supposedly trains at the park i was at. all that said, i imagine our ski hills pales in comparison to areas that have real winters.

as for kangaroo meat. its very gamy. nothing i can think of that is similar. its not bad though. but if you dont like very strong flavoured meat like lamb, you probably wont like it.

Are there double blacks? Like ones with cliffs and you need avalanche gear?

I enjoy eating lamb, especially in hot pot. I wonder if kangaroo meat can go into hot pot ...

^i think theyre classified as out of bounds areas here haha. i know you can grab a chopper to gain access to these areas, or even climb up yourself. there are double black runs in the park iteself. but probably not as extreme as what youre thinking.

anything can go into hot pot!
