Good stuff! I personally prefer heavy metals such as iron. “Why?”, you ask. Because it literally keeps use alive due to it’s oxygen transport potential. It keeps our blood partially oxygenated, maintaining that rich deep purple/blue color as it runs through our arteries and veins. How is that for heavy metal?!
