GI Joe The Rise of Cobra
was my last movie.
I would give it a 9 from 10.
It was nice, also some time for laughing, for crying..

If this tells you anything about me, the last four movies I watched (in order) were
Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon
Kung-Fu Panda
Schoolboy Crush
Bangkok Love Story
CTHD was really good
KFP is adorable
SBC I can't decide if I liked it or not
BLS is both the cutest and saddest movie I've ever seen in my life
I'm so surprised I'm not crying after BLS. And I don't cry easily so that's saying something.

He's one of my favorite director. If you like the Enternal sunshine of spotless mind.. you might remember the director's name. )
The movie is about argument and Civilization. It's not boring at all..

It's been a while since I've been on this website. So since I've been MIA, I seen quite a few movies! Most of them have the theme horror and comedy, I just noticed it myself! ^__^
9 - Had an interesting story and the animation was so-so, cast was pretty good, but the ending was weak... this movie deserves a so so C+.
Drag Me To Hell- Sam Raimi did a pretty good job on the story and scare factor, some parts were predictable, some were hilarious, and some were randomly out of no where. I give this comedy/action/horror flick a B.
Zombieland - Now I'm a big fan of zombie movies and adding comedy to this makes it more enjoyable, I loved the made up rules on how to survive against zombies by the main character Columbus in the beginning and the surprise cameo! My obvious choice is giving Zombieland an A.
Paranormal Activities - Now, this movie was something... the scare factor creeps up on you in this movie, I couldn't sleep for 3 nights!!! seriously... (I heard weird noises in my room and that freaked the hell out of me...) At first I thought this was based on something real! Till i researched it online, you should check this movie out too! It was limited, but it was so good that it went nation wide even international. This movie has the slow pace scare factor of Japanese horror and I give it an A-!
Blood and Bones - The story was alright, but the action martial arts were great! I haven't seen a martial arts movie in a while since Jackie Chan, Jet Li, and Tony Jaa. The main actor is African-American, Michael Jai White, is his name and he also plays in another martial art movie called, "Black Dynamite" , it has some good comedy in it also! So I give this movie a B+ for its great martial arts action scenes!
There were so many movies this year, but most of them weren't as good as I thought they would be. I'll keep my eyes peeled and will look forward to the rest of 2009: White on Rice, Antichrist, Cirque du Freak: The Vampire's Assistant, Carriers, Cold Souls, Ponyo, Princess and the Frog, 2012, The Fourth Kind, The Fantastic Mr. Fox, Red Cliff, Planet 51, Ninja Assassin, Onimusha, Avatar, The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus, and Sherlock Holmes.

and Dolls by Kitano
i usually don't watch much Japanese films, but the girl i've been chatting online feeds me with those along with other Asian films.
i just think Korean and Chinese actors and actresses act way better than the Japanese ones. perhaps it's just that i'm picky with the Japanese coz i understand the language fully.

Happy Halloween! To get things started, why not watch a horror flick?
I've seen these movies in the past, but they were just collecting dust on my shelf. So I popped 'em into my PC and started watching them again.
I hope you like them just as much as I did!
(For those who don't own the DVD, you can click the title to watch! ^.^ ~ Enjoy! Or watch the youtube preview... Shh! Don't tell! It's our secret! ^__<)
