Where the Red Fern Grows is a really sad book that has a movie about a boy and 2 dogs we read in grade 6......I think I cried when I got to that part of the book when I was a kid. Books don't usually make me cry though....I didn't dare to watch the film, lol.

The "Terrible Bosses" and "Gulliver's Travel" made me cried in terms of laughed till I cried...hahaha...is that count as well?!

Ok, ok...the movies that made me cried from beginning till the end are:
1) Martian Child
2) The Pursuit of Happiness
3) Secret by Jay Chou (不能说的秘密)

Well I haven't seen the movie verison of it but the Japanese drama One litre of tears.... I went through two kleenex boxes watching that drama. I cried so much I think my mom thought I was going through a depression or something because I would walk out of my room balling everytime I watched it.

I actually try to avoid sad movies because I don't like to cry in front of people.

Ah...I know how ya feel, lol...............if I end up shedding a tear or two, I let the theatre darkness hide it....lol...but at the end of the movie is always when something happens XD....but I usually hear more sniffling beside me from other people.....doesn`t really make it any easier though.

yea I saw one litre of tears, the storyline is actually very meaningful and touching that is what made the drama so good.

I don't know if I have ever cried watching a movie from the beginning to the end, but if you just consider emotional endings, I have had a few, cuz I'm a movie freak. And I prefer serious stories over comical ones.

- Gattaca
My favorite movie of all time. It's a rather dry yet very powerful story. It's not a typical sad story or anything but the ending was so grandiose and beautiful so I cried when I watched it for the first time.

- Big Fish
A modern fairy-tale.

- Cinema Paradiso
Especially if you are a guy, you are bound to cry at the end.

- The Greatest Game Ever Played
It's a rather not so well known movie... but it was so powerful that it was based on a true story.

- The Notebook
No explanation needed ;)

- Disney animated movies
There are too many good ones to list B)
