But the only movies to my recollection that has made me cry was Grave of the Fireflies & Life is Beautiful.

I agree about those two movies.
Oh, Koizora and Edward Scissorhands also made me cry like a baby.

I can't say that I cried all the way through it because well...I didn't, but I saw P.S I Love You by myself a few months after my boyfriend passed away. Some of those scenes hit the nail on the head emotionally for me. And I never cry on movies!
