Well, I have mixed feelings about her advice.

She does give some good initial tips on how to get approached. Generally I'd agree that exhibiting a fun and happy demeanor is positive for being approached. For me, a happy medium of smile and happy aura beats someone overboard or trying too hard (kissing random guys b/c she's drunk). Agree also with being calm on dates. Nervousness is not good for either sex to show.

Disagree about the funnel of guys. It might work for increasing her chances of landing "a" guy, but maybe "the" guy who was looking for someone more mature and committed would be turned off by that. Also, I'd think that she has a lot of free time to play the field (where's your career and hobbies?) and maybe is looking for something more casual. If I saw that in my dates, I'd silently withdraw from the competition, not that chances were good in the first place.

So my opinion and the way I 'play the field' won't change....but maybe some other users have tried it. It really reminds me of the PUA stuff for the guys....

I agree totally. Every idiot with "advice" tells you to play the field or play hard to get. That just seems completely illogical to me. If you like someone why pretend like you don't and then get mad/upset/disappointed if he/she doesn't respond back positively? Hmm...why?
