Can't I use my phone to call family? If the phone is undamaged, ill unlock it by resetting it then reselling it - otherwise Ill recycle it

answer the incoming phone calls.

ironically, this happened couple years back. i found a mobile and managed to get an address... long story short, i shipped the phone back to it's owner a couple of states away.

That is tough, I try to tread nicely, and be positive with others but right now I can not think of a big foot print. I do sponsor a child in Dominican Republic, if that counts?

I never know what to do in these situations. I could go up and ask him/her if there is any family around and if they are lost, direct them to a lost and found or call home for them, but then I might be called a pedo or a kidnapper. That would be a situation where I don't want to be involved and probably have to convince myself not to do anything.
