Shadow Art

As the subject of the thread implies, this is where you'll post your artistic expression of your shadow or shadows in general in the form of shadow art. I've provided two examples of self portraits I've used in designing characters for stories I write. Inspiration comes to me in many ways and one of them is by looking at shadows. You can imagine different expressions and also perceive various emotions by looking at a shadow. What comes to mind when looking at the examples? What expression do you think is being portrayed? The two were created with the intent to alter the shadow's age. I think I accomplished that rather nicely. The top image is a guy likely in his 20s or 30s and the bottom image is his younger self probably in his teenage years or even younger. No, I wasn't wearing a wig

A story that came to mind using my own shadow is about a guy whose shadow never ages. The bottom picture is what he sees when he looks at his shadow. The younger version of himself. He has to find out why his shadow doesn't reflect his figure. While on this quest to seek the cause, he gains the ability to see into people's past when his shadow overlaps theirs (makes a connection). What gave him this ability? In that instant, he is able to live in their past. But this makes his life even stranger and of course, for him, more questions to find answers to. Things start to get quite interesting when he meets a girl whose shadow is the adult version of her. Is it a curse that's been placed on them or a blessing in disguise for them to uncover something miraculous or magical? Are there others who are experiencing the same phenomenon? If so then what is the purpose behind this enigma? Yeah, all that came to mind just by looking at my shadow.
